		<description>@summer, 1000 days is a long time, but 30 days isn&#039;t. I&#039;m told that is about as long as it takes to build a good habit. And for the most part I&#039;ve found it to be true.

The trick though, for anything this long, is to not break the chain. A one day gap turns into two and three and ten very easily. I think it would be fun to have a room full of colorful paper cranes.

		<description>this helped a lot :) I was thinking about the 1000 paper crane wish and if I learned how to make a paper crane then I would make one every day until I got to 1000.... but I don&#039;t think I could keep it up for 2 years and 8 months! hahaha</description>
